Absolutely love the store the manager & Ms. Kee Kee are awesome! I didn’t have an appointment I just brought my dress in to get it cleaned and see if I needed any alterations & I had lost so much weight that my dress no longer fit at all and a smaller size was not available. Ms. Kee Kee found me a new dress that was actually cheaper and I ended up loving it more than my original.

Im going to just say to be a bridesmaids was an amazing experience, so I know to be the bride would of been times 10 greater. FYI she was in tears 60% of the time.

David’s Bridal was amazing. I’m not a super girly girl who wants to try on dresses for hours, but here i tried on so many and it was so quick an efficient! I absolutely love the stores set up - a showroom where you pick out dresses you think you’d like, then the lady goes and grabs one closest to your size. I originally went for my dress fitting at the David’s Bridal in Richmond CA and received horrible service from all the workers there and because of that I did not purchase my dress that day. I then came the David’s Bridal close to my house in Roseville CA and was helped by Sharese who was the sweetest nicest person I have encountered in customer service in a while.
