I was a there as a walk in and was a bit worried..... as I walked around a pretty lady named, CC came up to me a offered help and she was wonderful... as I was trying on dresses ( not knowing what I exactly wanted) the manager Kathy jumped in and started bringing me wedding dresses and was great! Amazing experience. The consultant took her time and really listened
Went in for my initial booking. Just looking, didn’t think I’d find anything in my size or in my price range. Found my perfect dress! Nicole was amazing! She did warn me she was the only consultant there as my appointment was the first one of the day so she may have to step away for a minute or two to help others, but she was very attentive and amazing with helping me in and out of the dresses! So excited.
Wonderful staff! Listened to what liked and helped me out a lot! The women that was helping me was the same women that helped my older sister 6 years ago!
I love them! Violet did our dress alterations today and she was fantastic and so patient. Everyone is so friendly and they remember me when I come back in! Excellent experience and adds to the excitement of my moms special day!!
My experience was great. The lady assigned to help me was fantastic. I found a great dress at an affordable price. It was my first experience looking for a dress and I found one within my hour and a half time slot!
Sandra helped me at the Frisco store and was super sweet and so helpful. I felt comfortable the whole time and she really listened to what I wanted!
