Best customer service I have ever seen. I bought a dress from them 3 years ago for a wedding that never came to be. I absolutely loved the dress but if course after 3 years I definitely wasn't going to fit in it anymore.. I went in to see if there was some chance of it getting altered. Sadly there was not. But the staff came to the rescue and allowed me to exchange sizes because they still had my dress being sold!!! My experience was awesome! I waited to the last minute to find a wedding dress. Emily was the best help a woman could ask for! She found me the perfect dress and really catered to my needs!
Connie from the store in Riverside was very helpful when she was working on my dress and measurements. She made sure it was the right length!
Diane at the Glen Burnie David’s Bridal was so helpful. She took time out of her schedule appointments to assist me when I was second guessing my first dress. She helped me solidify my choice in the second dress; the one ❤️ Can’t wait to see her when I come in for alterations.
