I had an amazing experience at this location! Lindsay, the store manager, is such a sweetheart and accommodated every request and need that I had. She definitely provided an experience which made me feel like she was part of my family. There was a slight issue with my wedding gown in the beginning but Lindsay worked diligently to reassure me and resolve the issue with the corporate office. I just left the Massapequa store and my stylist was Luis. He was amazing!! He was attentive, kind and so down to earth! He was professional and never pushy. This was my second time going trying to decide on a dress. Luis was so patient and helpful. He made my experience a happy one! I found a beautiful dress in my favorite color (blush) and within budget!! Lots of plus size dresses to try on and the staff is very friendly.
