We went to David’s bridal July 11th to have a fitting for my sisters Kim& andria. When the appointment started it was not what we expected at all the agent who was helping us was extremely rude and unprofessional. Considering that we were coming in to spend a large amount of money she should have been understanding. We spoke with Jackie who is her manager and she was absolutely amazing. I had a wonderful experience with the Manager of the Nashua branch’s help! My consultant wasn’t that helpful...and she had another bride she was helping even though I had an appointment. However, the manager stepped in to help me out and she was just amazing! I will give my consultant some credit as she picked out the dress i ended up choosing. All in all, it was a very good experience for me and my wedding party (who all found their dresses as well)!
WE FIXED AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT THINKING OF GETTING THE PERFECT DRESS FOR MY DEAR DAUGHTER AND WHEN WE GOT THERE, WE GOT AN EXCELLENT TREATMENT AND THE LADY THAT HELPED US WAS REALLY HELPFUL, SHE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL!!
