I purchased my wedding dress on July 7!! Honestly, I was terrified and anxious walking into this appointment. And I huge thank.you to Renuka as she was the one who sewn my dress for me. She is an extremely talented person. Jamoun Kelley was such an awesome stylist and operations manager! She was fun and inviting. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. I went intending just to try things on and find out my size and ended up purchasing a dress! THE dress! I tried on my dream dresses and wa surprised they didn’t do it for me. I was pleased to be able to have a consultant even though I had only planned to look. I had made an appointment for later in the week but now I am happy I didn't have to wait. Cassie was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The service was great from the moment I walked in.
I walked in David’s Bridal today after a terrible experience at Bridal Elegance. I did not have an appointment, but received outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in the door! I was very pleased with the selection of plus sized dresses in store. Kelly was nothing short of amazing and I left having purchased the perfect dress for my big day!
We had a great experience both times. My daughters wedding dress appt and our bridesmaid/mother of the bride appt. Very happy with customer service both times. Everyone has been helpful and very attentive.
