Very satisfied with everything except when we came for my Grandaughters first fitting they were unable to locate our dresses and they were not sure what we were their for. Need to be a little more sensitive to your clients . A Little more customer service. Also your alterations department needs to answer the phone with someone who isn’t challenged with speaking on the phone. That’s also the way my daughter in. -law felt.
