The staff was excellent
Went in this past Saturday, and Elena was my consultant. I cannot speak more highly of her. She was professional, thorough and a delight to work with, despite several obstacles! Wedding dress shopping in particular can be stressful and I have felt rushed at other locations. Despite being late (car trouble) and staying past my time with a toddler in tow, Elena was just such a joy to be with. Staff was very friendly, professional, & able to help me find my dress with no problems!
Previously I had a negative experience at a different David's store and was nervous about my appt. today. I went with 2 of my 5 bridesmaids for not only myself but for them to try dresses on too. After my last experience I didn't have much faith in today's but let me tell you, From the time we walked in the door to the time we left, Everyone was very nice. Barbara is awesome at the Duluth location. She made me feel beautiful and gave us extra time for me to make up my mind. She worked with my Matron of Honor to find her dress too when our appointment time was already over. In the end I said yes to my dress and to the Matron of Honor's dress too.
Today I finally got to say yes to the dress! Not only was it a perfect day with great memories but the David’s bridal in Warwick was amazing! I had the honor of working with Matheu who went above and beyond to make me smile the entire time, every time! Today could have been stressful but he truly made it a day to remember. RecommendedThis past weekend I had the absolute joy of working with Tenae H. With me going in only having 20 days left until my wedding and knowing it would be a very slim chance of finding my dress but Tenae never stopped trying to help me find the perfect dress and at the end of the day I RANG THE BELL!!
