Cathy was amazing!!! She explained the entire process in a way that was organized and concise. She allowed me to go and wander while pulling some of the dresses from my favorites list. She was also incredibly helpful in narrowing down style and look that I wanted but didn't know yet. RecommendedOn 7/28 my friend said yes to the dress all thanks to Courtney she was fabulous and very attentive to her needs and wants. Nicole assisted with her Great knowledge with such a pleasant attitude. Now on the other part we weren’t pleased with monika. I remember when we’re sitting down enjoying the experience she rudely walked by to tell Courtney I need two of those chairs (the ones we were sitting in) and took her iPad and never once let her know of given it back, and her none verbals spoke louder . I would first like to say they were all amazing! I am a plus sized bride and I said yes to the dress today! It was an amazing experience I had Bre for my consultant and she listened to me very well and picked the most perfect gown for me. My first and last bridal shopping experience it was amazing and I got the dress of my dreams. Bre had a very good personality and very honest, which I needed and she was very patient with me.
