So my circumstances aren't typical. I came in for an appointment, didn't have a lot of money to spend and only a month before the wedding date. I had the pleasure of of dealing with Dawnaleen. She asked me what I was hoping for in a dress and she ran with it. I could not have asked for a more amazing person to deal with. She went above and beyond and I will never forget it. If you have the opportunity to work with this amazing woman then you're going to walk out very happy.
Selina and her team were very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout my appointment. Jacqueline Rojas provided great customer service. She greeted, respected, engaged, assisted, and answered all my questions and concerns. She helped me find a formal dress in a matter of minutes and thanks to her and David Bridal’s team, I have a dress for my destination event. Thank you so much for taking care of me and for being over great. Highly recommend this amazing staff.
I had an excellent experience with Brenda Ragland at the Raleigh location. She paid attention to what I was looking for and picked out the most perfect wedding dress on the first try. I was very nervous about trying on dresses and she made me feel very much at ease throughout the process. She was intuitive and very helpful. Thank you so much for all your help Brenda!
