My daughter was at the Novi location to pick up her bridesmaid dress. The girl at the front desk was VERY rude to her. My daughter asked her if she could try it on and she replied that there were no rooms to try it on and that she should just take it home with her and then make an appointment if she needed alterations. My daughter was like what ?? I loved my experience with the people and the place. This is my first marriage and I've been watching that t.v. show, say yes to the dress, thinking that it was going to be difficult to find the right dress for me. Boy was I misled. Erin was so helpful and knew exactly what to pick out for me. Needless to say 3 dresses and 2 hours later I found the dress for me 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍.
