Valerie was amazing helping me pick out my dress. She went above and beyond and made the day so special for me. I can’t thank her enough. The alterations department was so professional and extremely helpful in making sure I was going to be comfortable on my special day. Jasmine was a wonderful consultant! She let me laugh and crack jokes and be the terrible person that I am. I told her exactly what I was looking for in a dress, and she understood the assignment. 👏🏻 The manager on duty (Jennifer or Jessica I am so sorry I don’t remember) was able to get me an appointment same day because I was dumb and didn’t think to schedule one. 😅 The ladies there also went above and beyond once they were already closed because there was an issue ordering my dress in my size. Being non-binary it's sometimes hard to be accepted in society. I had a horrible experience at Macy's but the opposite at David's Bridal. They treated me like any other guest, made me feel special and good about myself. What was really amazing was when I picked up my dress after being altered every single staff member in a store came over to me and thank me for my review on Google. Everyone was very helpful from finding the dress, to the fitting and alterations! Mrs. Hyung did an outstanding job with the alterations. She added sleeves to my dress and it is beautiful.! I couldn't be more pleased. ❤❤❤❤❤ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an appointment and 10:30a but had a migraine and needed to reschedule later in the day. The staff were very understanding. I had the pleasure of working with Christy as my stylist. Christy was extremely helpful, personable, and attentive. She helped me find my dream dress and accessories to match. She did a great job and I'd love to work with her again with my bridesmaids!
