My first appointment was with Nora and she was wonderful. She was very patient and took a great deal of time with me. After going to other stores I decided to go with David's and when I returned Nora remembered me and the dress I was thinking of purchasing. I have had 2 alteration appointments and Oli, the alterations manager, and her staff have been great! She is very knowledgeable and great to deal with.
The alterations team did such an amazing job on my wedding dress !
I had a great experience! The only issue I had was they didn't have one of the bridesmaids dresses there that I wanted to try on. But the staff was kind and helpful!
I was a walk-in on a very busy night but I got as much attention as I wanted. I bought a dress, scheduled an appointment for fitting. Went back for my fitting, and was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. I made a follow up appointment to pick up the dress but I had to postpone it. This was handled easily and confirmation for the new appointment was easy via text. Went tonight, dress fit great, the staff was great again and I’m all set for June.
Had a great experience purchasing bridal party dresses here! Love my dress & had so much fun with my girls picking it out! Such a variety & selection! The manager (Kelly) saved me from a catastrophe. I ordered my bridesmaid dress a size to small, and the dress was then discontinued. This store happened to have the last one made in my size and color! Kelly was great! She let me send her the smaller one, and she sent me the dress that would fit. Mind you, I didn’t even buy the dress from her store. Customer service- OUTSTANDING!! You make David’s Bridal look good! Thank you!
Last minute dress shopping for 8th Grade graduation. We picked out a few dresses and they didn't work. Then Yvonne picked one for us to try and it was the perfect one. Couldn't have asked for better friendlier service!
