I, originally, went to a bridal boutique and found several beautiful dresses, but none of them were "just right." And I left the store being torn between 3 gorgeous dresses. Then I made an appointment at the David's Bridal in Danbury for the heck of it. I figured I would try on a variety of dresses, see which style worked best and go from there. I didn't expect to find the perfect dress in the first place I tried. The woman who helped me at David's Bridal was very helpful and knew her inventory! I tried on about 14 dresses and she knew exactly which ones to bring out after just a couple examples of what I was looking for. My dress fit perfectly and I absolutely love everything about it. Everyone was very helpful at David's and I had an awesome experience shopping there
I didn't have the best experience here. I went on a snowy evening. I had called earlier in the day to make sure my appointment was still on due to the snowy conditions and I was assured there was no problem and I should keep my appointment. While I was driving to my appointment they called me to see if I was on my way because otherwise they were closing early. When I went to David's Bridal in Danbury for my wedding gown, Amanda helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. I started my day a little unsure of which type of dress I would choose. I brought along a few too many people this day... My mother, my future mother-in-law, my stepmother, and 5 bridesmaids. Amazing experience! I came with several inspiration photos and the girl helping me brought out 7-10 dresses. The third dress I tried on I fell in love with. My family all sat in chairs that were set up prior to my appointment and watched as I tried on dresses rung the bell as I said "Yes" to the dress. I got amazing photos of this beautiful experience! Great place and great staff!
Getting my wedding dress through this store was such a breeze! They had fabulous customer service and worked very hard to meet my needs. I knew the exact dress I wanted and they had everything ready for me to try on at my appointment. They were so helpful and friendly. It really took a lot of my stress away.
