I had the best experience at David's Bridal, even with the store being very busy all of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I was working with Betty and not only did she find a dress for me within my budget it was well under my budget actually, but it was also exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this store and Betty, she was fabulous!

I had the best experience today!!! We found bridesmaid dresses with in an hour and I said yes to the dress myself!!! Everyone was so helpful and honest. It was a great day and experience!!!

I am a wedding planner in Dayton, Ohio, and brought my clients to your shop in May to search for the bride's dress for a 25th anniversary vow renewal and the Maid-of-Honor's dress. While I understand our appointment was on a Saturday, we were assigned a consultant who was helping another bride. When I went to get my wedding dress back in February it was super busy, I couldn't get back and forth to my dressing room. My consultant was nice but not fully interested in me bc she had other brides. I felt rushed & that sucked. Went back for bridesmaid dresses, again busy, for 8 bridesmaids we had one room. (While others were open) Again the consultant wasn't interested and she didn't do anything for us. I picked all the dresses. My very first time at any bridal store looking for my dream wedding dress and I found it at Davids bridal!! My consultant, Miranda, was very helpful and kind. She was patient with me and surprisingly I picked the 2nd dress i tried on, it was perfect!! I was greeted with a smile and professionalism.
