Lack of hospitality and care. They didn't explain the new social distance rules to us. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. They didn't take initiative or lead the appointment at all as we shopped for bridesmaids' dresses.

I felt rushed and ended up with major dress regret. tried to cancel my order the same night and was told no returns. I tried speaking to them about maybe an exchange for the same price and no one would actually have a conversation with me. The staff just kept repeating themselves. No returns, no returns. very frustrating. It would have been nice to not feel rushed through the entire process.

I had a horrible time wedding dress shopping at Davids bridal yesterday. The sales lady did not listen to a single thing I was saying. She kept bringing me dresses that were the exact opposite of what I told her I wanted. Then she started bringing me dresses hundreds of dollars out of the price range I gave her. Then I asked towards the end of my apt if I could retry on the one dress I liked she said "well yeah but you need to hurry". Mind you it was still within my appointment time frame.
