Alexia was absolutely amazing! I had her for my original appointment and my follow up! When I came for my follow up we tried on even more dresses, she was so patient and willing to find my LOVE IT dress. Even talked with my daughter that was there. It was greatly appreciated!
I had a last minute emergency on my wedding dress the week of my wedding and David's got me right in the day after I called; Kate in alterations is AMAZING. She was knowledgeable, helpful and got my alterations done so fast! It took all my worry and stress away when I felt so hopeless. Kate, I said thank you about 20x but truly, thank you for your exceptional customer service and for being so wonderful!
It was my first time looking at dresses and I was pretty nervous going into the store today. My stylist Sade was beyond amazing and made things so much easier! She knew exactly what veils and details to add to my favorite dress! I ended up buying the first one I tried on! Loved working with Sade she was amazing!!! Highly recommend coming to the Clive location.
Melissa was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with me and walked me step-by-step with the process. By the end, I felt very confident in my dress and my accessories! Thank you again for a great experience.
Melissa was AMAZING to work with for my alterations. She made me feel so at ease with the alteration and fitting process. She is wonderful at what she does and is such a kind soul! She made sure that EVERYTHING was up to standards. We need more people that work in customer service just like her. Give that girl a promotion to head of alterations!
