The staff were not very friendly, helpful or professional looking. There has been nothing but issues with the dress, veil and bridesmaid dresses. Bridesmaid dresses were all ordered together and one came in a different color. One was reorders in a different size and then the alterations ended up costing more than the dress! Not recommending this place to anyone! Too many other options out there you'd think they'd be working a little harder to gain customers.
Mariym did a FANTASTIC job helping my best friend find her perfect dress...however...the girl at the hostess desk , Amanda, offered poor customer service and that's the first experience you have with their store upon walking in. Worst experience ever!!! Went in to shop and they treated me like I wasn't good enough to shop there. Never have I been treated so poorly in my life. I will never recommend your company to anyone!
Worst experience ever! First you lost my bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding after some digging we figure out the issue so we thought everything was fine then when it was picked up on Thursday before the wedding to find that it's the wrong color. Of course I call the lady on the phone says to come in and try to get it fixed or get me a dress in the Color I need!! Get there and the consultants acted as though this was our problem!! The absolute worst customer service I have ever received! Hopefully other locations are not like this, I would not recommend anyone to go there. All 4 or 5 staff members I encountered were unwilling to even try to be helpful. The only pleasant person I talked to was the women greeting us at the door.
PSA: If you can avoid David's bridal in Clive, IA, DO IT! I have no clue what the other David's Bridal's are like, but I wouldnt dare try and figure it out! I've had the WORST experience in my life with them. My wedding is June 25th, 2016. I went and ordered my bridesmaid dresses and bought my wedding dress in June 2015. Worst experiences ever! In the last 2 and a half years I have had to go here 5 times. The first time I went was over 2 years ago. I was just starting my wedding dress shopping and was super excited! My consultant completely ignored my price point and only would let me try on 3 dresses. That's not even enough to see what styles looked good on me...
