I hired David's Bridal for my Bridesmaids dresses. The experience was actually pretty nice, because I got to try different styles for different body types. While the lady who helped us best was not out main attendant, she certainly made sure that we were all set to order.

I found the perfect dress at Davids Bridal. It was beautiful! However, all of the accessories/costume jewelry are half the price on amazon. I was able to find my hair piece and sash for $20 each and they were the exact same as the ones in the store for $150. Also, I should have taken my dress to a local alteration shop because Davids charged out the wazoo. David's Bridal in Duluth had a wonderful consultant helping me pick out my wedding dress and the bridesmaid dresses. The lady who helped us with the bridesmaid dresses ordered the wrong dresses, but they were quick to fix the problem. The alterations were okay. 2 of my bustle buttons broke during the reception, but other than that was of good quality.

I did find the dress of my dreams at David's Bridal, and the bridesmaids' dresses. That being said, my family/friends found my dress, not my sales consultant who was too busy helping other brides even though I had an appointment and was on time for it. I'm not sure if it was her fault or if that's just how David's bridal is in general (booking several brides at the same time and assigning one consultant to them all). The staff at David's is great, but some seem to have displayed frustration when I couldn't decide in my dress. I made a few trips and the first one was great, the consecutive ones were not. It depends on the consultant you get stuck with.

I loved my dress! I recieved quality service from the sales lady. I think her name was Jackie. She was patient and very helpful. She kept the dresses in my budget and after trying on about 5 dresses. I said "Yes!" to the dress!

Sales associates don't listen to what I really wanted and kept bringing me dresses than I had no interest in. I did have a change in bridesmaids a few weeks before the wedding and they worked with me to expedite the right size dress that I needed. They need to carry all dresses in all sizes instead of having to order a size and hope that it looks good.
