In a pinch, I needed a dress exchanged BADLY! It was teeny tiny and I had less than 2 weeks until my friend's wedding in CLEVELAND. I called David's Bridal at Easton and the woman on the phone told me it was to the manager's discretion if they could exchange it...so off I went, to David's Bridal at Easton to tell my tale of the size four that was WAY too small. Lace is amazing!!! I highly recommend her to everyone! She made the first dress shopping amazing and fun she helped with every dress gave her professional opinion would give options for belts or even a head band as a belt that looked really good she was just so nice and so helpful.

I had a great experience at this location. I was not looking forward to wedding dress shopping in general. The person who helped me listened to what I liked and didn't like (I'm not extremely girly and was looking for a more casual, relaxed dress). She was patient and gave me helpful suggestions and information about designers, alterations and accessories. This was my third time shopping and by far the least stressful. They made the first time wedding dress shopping for me wonderful! My consultant was Lace and she was amazing and very attentive even though she had me and another lady she was helping. I would definitely recommend!!
I went in in the evening as a walking in and my wait time was about 15 minutes I had a great assistant Terry, who showed me things that is very helpful I only needed to try on two dresses the second dress was totally Yes to the Dress she was very patient very helpful. She and my friend were definitely my cheerleaders and finding something on the short notice so I thank you for your service and being such a big help on super important event for myself and my husband-to-be.
