So I went in after a horrible experience at a bridal show prior thinking I wasn’t going to find my dress. I just got married locally and needed something to wear in Jamaica for a smaller private ceremony. Scarlett was the wonderful lady who helped me out and it was a lovely coincidence because she also helped my best friend and MOH pick out her wedding dress just a few months prior. I ordered my wedding dress from David’s Bridal. It came in less than a month! My sister picked it up and when it got to me, I opened the bag and it was not what I had remembered from the day I bought it. The style number was correct, but the color was not. I called the store, they booked me in with a manager to deal with the problem. I dealt with Mousumi, one of the manager, she was amazing. Today I went in to pay and order for a bridesmaids dress I had tried on months ago, just to find out it wouldn't be here in time for the wedding. Nicole and Misty helped me find an even better dress, in the right size and colour. They went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough! I also purchased my wedding dress and all our bridesmaids dresses at this location. I 100% recommend them, but try not to go in on the weekends as they're always super packed
I got married last September 8, 2018 and everyone loved my wedding gown. I have to say that I was overwhelmed with the so many choices and awkward sizes. Soraya made the dress shopping experience awesome. She was so patient and kind. She helped me go thru choices without stress and pressure. Thanks to her, I looked stunning and radiant on my wedding day.
Lynn Hartford was very efficient and helpful. I came in hoping to find just a simple dress for my upcoming wedding and she was able to provide me with the perfect one! I did not have an appointment and Lynn had one other person she was helping but, she was very efficient and sure to check on the both of us equally. Very happy with the service!
I would like to appreciate MOUSUMI on everything that she did to help a friend of mine. She was courteous, patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Went to David’s Bridal to find a grad dress for this May! They had so many options for me even though I didn’t have time to order a dress, which was a relief! I was helped by Trina and she made me feel so comfortable and excited to be finding my dress, she was genuinely interested and honest with me. I highly recommend giving this place a visit!
Got my dress alterations done with Nu and I was worried because it had lace panels but she did an amazing job. Shes an excellent seamstress.
