after having a horrible experience at another place on Mesa Street, we found David’s bridal. We walked in and everyone here was very attentive and very kind. The young lady Luz that helped us today. Did an amazing job and she turned what was a very bad experience in a gloomy day into a very beautiful day. Thank you.
Wonderful experience today! I have a ball to attend in 10 days & at the last minute I decided to go with a different dress. Well the dress was wayyy too long (I’m 4’11) & needed it to be altered. I was almost certain that wouldn’t be possible with only 10 days until the ball, but they were able to squeeze me in same day & will have my dress done 4 days in advance. Everyone was super helpful, professional, & polite! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!
I had my bridesmaids appointment today and I have to say that everyone in there was extremely nice. They really made sure to take care of each and every one of my girls. Claudia was my consultant and she went above and beyond servicing each one of my 5 bridesmaids. She made sure to grab additional styles, sizes, and even gave her professional recommendations and opinions. I am giving this location 2 stars, and that’s only because I bought a dress that I loved. The staff that I personally dealt with at this location lack customer service skills & communication. The stylist during my bridal appointment didn’t speak to me or the people I brought unless another stylist gave their input. She seemed annoyed that I was trying on dresses, and didn’t even make any suggestions until the last 15 mins of the appointment.
