I went to David's Bridal about a month ago and expected to have an average, not very personal experience since it is a chain store. I was so wrong! Today while at my first fitting, I found myself getting hot and my blood sugar dropping. I'm almost 18 weeks pregnant and needed a break. The sweet woman helping me not only got a fan to cool me down, but water from the back as well as a snack I could munch on to bring up my blood sugar! A gluten free snack to boot, since I'm gluten intolerant. This is beyond customer service. This is customer CARE. Thank you David's in Fairview Heights for going the extra mile!
