I went twice. Hate my first experience but the second one was AMAZING. The first time, the woman was rude and pushy. I gave them another shot and the second time I worked with a woman named Ashley. She was so nice and helpful and I ended up buying my dream dress in about an hour and it was WELL under budget. My best advice, if you do not like the person you are working with at the start, request to speak with someone else. I could not be happier with the experience I had.
My daughter got her prom dress there a few weeks ago. Tanner was FABULOUS. We had been to 5 other stores in the previous 2 weeks and each time were very disappointed in the service, or lack thereof. We felt like we were in an episode of Say Yes to the Dress :)
Huge thank you to Tanner!!!!! He was so amazing helping with the wedding gown choice and the bridesmaid dresses. Woohoo!!!
I want to give a very special thank you to Naomi. She was amazing! My mom and I went in there with no clue what we were looking for. Naomi was so patient with us and helped us the entire time. Thanks to her and some of the other store employees I found my wedding dress! If you're planning a trip to this David's Bridal please ask for her. You won't regret it. Again, thank you so much for all of your help and making my day so special!!
