I showed up without an appointment and was quickly taken care of. I was able to find an affordable dress for a hundred dollars for my sister's Quince. I am only 4'11" so a needed the hem shortened. I liked that I just had to go to the back of the store to get that taken care of. I didn't need to make an appointment. They kept the dress for about a month before it was ready for pickup. The alterations department is stellar!! I gained a little weight since buying my dress, so they added a corset and made sure that there was room to be loosened and tightened as needed! They showed me exactly how to lace and bustle it, and gave me tips on how to sew in my grandmothers handkerchief for my "something old and borrowed". They're all so friendly and amazing!!! Â
