Went into this shop with an open mind for my sister's wedding dress. We were greeted by Brenda G., our consultant. She was fun, energetic, super helpful, knowledgeable, and completely wonderful! Ended up finding a dress we all loved. She put it on and couldn't take it off for an hour because we were so in love. She ended up saying yes to the dress. Brenda was very patient and creative. Davids Bridal was my first stop to start looking at wedding dresses. The first appointment I had was in the evening on a Tuesday and I went with my step mom. It was nice because it was quiet in there and was not crazy like the weekends would be. I was anxious going into my first wedding appointment and thinking of how self conscious I am about my body. Yesterday was my first day trying on dresses and the first appointment happened to be at David's Bridal. I had a couple of appointments throughout the day and I have to say I had the absolute best experience at David's Bridal. Pattie was phenomenal and VERY helpful being that it was my first appointment and I really wasn't too sure what I was looking for. She was honest, helpful and was not pushy at all. I went there on a Saturday and even though they were very busy the girl I had made sure that I felt like the only person in the room. I got an amazing deal and love the dress I bought. I just went back again to buy the bridesmaid dresses and got the same exceptional service. I would highly recommend David's Bridal to anyone.
I felt like I had two different experiences. My wedding dress shopping went great and the quality of service was great. However when going back for bridesmaid dresses the staff was not always polite and rushed us to pick up the dresses at different times.
I am a bride on a budget & my Wedding Dress is not high on my list. 15 years of event planning has helped me develop my opinion of what makes an event. IMO Food/Bar/& Music will make or break a party, it is what people remember most. I, like all brides, want 2 feel beautiful & special that day, I just don't choose 2 spend $1000's+ on a dress worn 1x. Loved loved loved my dress and it didn't break the bank, alterations cost almost as much as dress....that's where they get ya,lol. I got the bridesmaid dresses from there and loved loved loved them too. I had appointments scheduled for me first then my 2 bridesmaid. My consultant left us when it was time to do the bridesmaids so we did that ourselves....whatever.
From the picking out of my dress, to alterations, to picking up my dress everything was a breeze!!! They were quick and professional and took the time to listen to exactly what i wanted in a dress and found me the erfect one!!! Not to mention compared to these private boutiques the prices are beyond amazing!!!! Highly recommend
