Went in for my sisters fitting. The girl whose name I can't remember was super nice and helpful. But the place needs an update. The carpets are disgusting and the chairs are old are suppose to be white but are black

Everything went great.... Until the end! My sales lady bailed on me � I was left in standing there in a dress � Anither sales associate had to help me out of the dress. We waited for her to return but she did not! When we left they asked if I wanted to make a return apt.... Um NO! I called and spoke with the manager, and informed her what happened. She was very polite and answered all my questions. But I won't be back

Most of the staff was friendly. The young lady that checked me in didn't seem like she liked her job that much, she bossed her other coworkers around and did not smile even once. But the lady that helped me try on dresses was very nice, honest, and helpful.

We went in this past Friday, an at first she asked if we had an appointment when I told her no she was unsure how long our wait would be, but when I told her we were there to order an pay for my sister's bridesmaid dress she immediately changed Tunes and we got assisted right away the young lady that helped us was very upbeat and friendly I enjoyed her presents. Someone more upbeat an friendly should be greeting your clientele.

The consultant Keyah was awesome. She was helping me and 2 others. I was having trouble finding exactly what i wanted. She said i will be right back. The next dress i tried on was the one she went and got. I walked out looked in the mirror and started crying. It was everything i wanted. All 3 of us bought our dresses that day. Also great service from Rosa the alterations department was wonderful too. The manager Kim was a huge help and they were all very friendly.
Great Service! Very friendly and helpful. I've been to this store twice now. Never disappointed.
