Lorena was very helpful. I booked an online appointment for a fitting, she was my hype woman and kept me entertained throughout the fitting. She made sure I was 100% happy before taking me up front to order my dress. Once at the checkout counter Jennifer F. offered great customer service. She helped locate a coupon to help save me an additional 10%. Overall I felt like I was dress shopping with friends and I am glad I was able to have such an easy experience at the Frisco David’s Bridal store.
Mrs. Toyna was the best assistant/specialist I’ve ever met! I usually don’t leave review or long review but I really appreciate her and wanted to express my gratitude to her for making my shopping experience the most memorable shopping experience I’ve ever had. Excellent service! I want to acknowledge the pleasant and professional experience I had at this David’s Bridal. I am attending a formal wedding in Europe and I am limited on time for a dress. I was properly greeted as soon as I arrived. I was quickly paired with Lorena (Stylist) who immediately listened to my requests and started preparing a variety of options for me. Toyna was absolutely amazing in helping my sis in law, Patriz, a wedding dress! She was kind, professional, and found the perfect dress to meet her needs! We were lucky to have her!
I absolutely loved LOVED the service here, everyone was incredibly welcoming especially my stylist Toy. She was so helpful and supportive in trying to find THE dress, she also made it a very easy and smooth process in finding accessories that I loved.Every time someone walked by gave me compliments, they really make you feel special right when you walk in.
