My sales rep was great (can't remember her name) but she was very patient while I tried on several dresses before finding THE ONE. Maria in alterations also did a great job! She's very talented and knows what she's doing! Thanks to all! P.S. The only constructive criticism I would give is that a nice touch would be if the staff offered to assist you to your car with your dress. Often times a brides dress is very bulky and heavy and is difficult to load into the car by yourself. Otherwise the service was great!
To be completely honest, I went to DB thinking I wasn't going to find "the dress". It was one of the few times I could genuinely appreciate being wrong. Lucia was very helpful finding "the one", but it was Rox and Taylor who were really the ones to be incredibly supportive emotionally and customer service wise. There was a tiny issue and I had to go back into the store, and they were ready and waiting with a solution. This is the store and group of ladies that you want on your side when preparing for your big day!
I had a great experience with Tayler. She was so helpful and patient and made several recommendations I would have never considered including a sash that I absolutely LOVE. I found my dress within my appointment time and Rox and her suggested I use the rest of my time to find my bridesmaid dresses. Both Rox and Tayler went out of their way to make multiple suggestions and at the end we left with my dress, my bridesmaid's dresses and my mom's dress. Not to mention all the dresses have already arrived. Couldn't be happier!
I went to this David's last Sunday 11/13/16 and worked with Michelle to find my wedding dress! Even though my initial favorite dresses weren't available for me to try on, Michelle was able to figure out what dress would work for me! She picked a few dresses for me to try on after speaking with me about what I preferred, liked, and didn't like. She was able to find "My dress" and I am so ecstatic! Michelle was the best!
