Recommendedthank God for Sara & Janie!! had some second guessing about the dress I bought first. they went above & beyond to help me find the perfect dress & to help me make it all work out under definitely a shot notice & were being incredibly patient with me (: couldn't have worked out any better.

I had went to another store before this and the lady was very rude to me the second time i went in for my dress. So i went to daviads and i was so happy with the way Sekia listened to me and not all my crazy bridal party with what i wanted and even brought me a few she thought i would enjoy defiantly going back for my reception dress and bridal party dress 💜💜💜.

I had a great experience. But they didn't order a couple of pieces but they made up for it.iwould choose them again.
My daughter's wedding dress and her bridesmaids dresses are all ruined thanks to the irresponsible people working here at David's Bridal in Gainesville. Her dress was suspose to be in by May, now they say June. Dress wrong size. Her bridesmaids dress is 3 sizes to small and alterations are all wrong. This is third trip about this problem and nothing has been rectified. My daughter is stressed. Her special day is not so special thanks to Davids Bridal.!!!!������������������������

I was extremely disappointed that I was told I had to make an appointment and the person that was supposed to be assisting us was working with a bride at the same time, so her focus was strictly on her. My bridal party and I were the ones running back and forth for dresses and when we needed assistance, I had to go search for her. Worst customer service ever. Not going into the details but people need better training in customer service. Just because I had one budget in mind the associate made it clear that I wouldn't be able to afford a dress. No help at all. Another bride had the best associated that made it special for her the attention to detail was amazing. It's said when your rushed and no help or attention is given. went to the Gainesville location today I had an appointment for 100 NOBODY asked if they could help us no one said hello we tried on dresses and could not get undergarments to them and couldn't get ANY sales girl to help let alone say hello, finally had to go to the cash register to get questions answered had to dig thru racks of dresses to find awesome brides maids dresses I don't want to got back to purchase my wedding dress if that is how I will be treated ,,,I can happily take my business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!
