They were always busy went I went and took a bit to get seen, even when I made an appointment. The dresses all fit well and look great.
David's Bridal in Gainesville is a standard wedding dress chain. The dresses are okay and cost less than a really expensive dress. The alterations lady was trying to be patient with me, even though I had a rush order and really specific needs. The sales ladies were nice and helpful, some of them more so than others. In the end I found a dress and it got the job done, but it definitely wasn't the most awesome experience.
Davids bridal was such a great help in finding me the perfect dress for my wedding!!!!
I went in with no idea what I was looking for, and Jessica was amazingly patient and helpful. We tried on several that I thought would look good, and they were all very pretty...then she brought one in that she thought would be good. She was spot on, and that ended up being the dress I got! Take the bridal consultants' advice! Even more amazing, when I came back in 8 months later for alterations, she remembered me and was very excited again when I came back to get my dress preserved!
I have shopped at this location before, and was disappointed by the lack of service each time. This time however was much different, I came in looking for occasion dresses without an appointment. The store was busy but I was helped immediately by Jenna, she was so nice and listened to what I wanted. She made my day and I have a great dress to wear!
Small David's bridal with a very limited collection compared to other David's bridals. Staff tried to be helpful, but ultimately did not have what I was looking for. I ended up ordering a dress online that was decent for the sale price. When I took the dress into the store to have it steamed (free of charge) it took 2 weeks to complete and I never received a call when it was completed.
The manager Matt is fantastic. Our bridal party has had nothing but issues with this place, dresses ordered incorrect sizes and colors. He has fixed all of it and is the nicest person in the building!
