Roaa was absolutely incredible. I made a last minute appointment and came in early. She was so accommodating. She had a lot of knowledgable insight and suggestions for each dress I tried on. When I picked a dress she made every effort to fit me in with alterations same day, since I was from out of town. She made the whole experience wonderful. The alterations department also has a stellar crew. Thank you so much!!
LD was a very good consultant. He was helpful and knowledgeable. If he didn't know, he found someone who knew the answer. We had a nice experience, and she found her dress!!!
My wedding is in 2023 and went looking for my wedding dress today. Ashlee was awesome explaining everything and helping me try all those dresses, so definitely 10/10 for her. The only reason i gave 4 stars is because i'm a bit heavy and wished the store had a bit more selection for us chubby ones.
