the customer service I had with Haiven was amazing. She was so sweet, and worked so hard to help me find the dress and went above and beyond for me. I put 3 stars only because the store had a lot of dresses with make up stains from other women trying on, but ordering online is good and lots of options and you get a true feel for what fits you perfect!
