I unfortunately was unable to find the dress I desire but Mercy customer service was amazing !!!she tried everything to try and find and for that I’m grateful

Iyanna was tenacious in helping me find a bridesmaid dress, in the color that I needed, in my size, and would ship in time for my event. She called other local David's Bridals and then called the warehouse, and ultimately found one online. Then she helped me set up alterations for when it would arrive. I had been so discouraged when the dress I first wanted (which I thought was in my color and size) wasn't actually available. Thank you Iyanna!
