Me and my sister had an appointment with Stacy today and it was a wonderful experience! She was helpful and informative and answered all my questions. I had to get different sizes for my dresses in the fitting room but she was very patient and treated me and my sister both with kindness. I recommend her for anyone planning a special day. came in with no appointment. It wasn’t a busy day so we got a fitting room very quickly. And Stacey got us a room prepared and helped us choose a dress. She was great with staging the dresses so we could see everything and yet gave us enough space to discuss and think. She was sooo helpful with measurements and helping us get the right size. Paola was absolutely amazing! Even though it was late I came in last minute she went above and beyond with the help of her manager to find my dream dress!!! They took care of me regardless!! I will ring the bell as many times as I can with them!!
Nataly was amazing! I ordered a dress online and it did not fit. I came in to get another one but it could not be ordered. Nataly made it possible, she went to get Samantha from alterations and she was very knowledgeable and gave me the best option to make a corset! Then Nataly ended up putting it all together with a belt and a veil! They both made my dream dress a possibility. The store manager for Galleria has the best team! I would of walked out if it wasn’t for them two!

The second I walked in, it was nothing but a beautiful establishment. Nataly has amazing customer service here I really recommend trying to get a hold of her if you can! She instantly greeted us with a warm smile and immediately helped us on whatever we needed. With whatever questions we had she was always very quick to answers whether it was prices or just a design we were looking for she was always on point! I could really say that me and my family really enjoyed this establishment only because of Nataly.
