Went to order a dress for a wedding in a couple weeks, and Mercedes offered to assist me although I insisted on self service. Not only was she very friendly, professional, she made sure to stick with me while I had to call another store to complete my purchase order. Thank you Mercedes!!!!!! Love your personality!
