Not rushed , very helpful and relaxed
Excellent customer service. Great choice of dresses. I'm very fussy but this presented no problem to Niceie who brought me lots of fabulous dresses to try on and was very patient and complementary. Thanks to her I found my perfect dress!

Stephanie is a great asset to the David's Bridal team in Braehead. She was competent and confident about explaining the designers and had a nothing was too much trouble attitude. Stephanie asked great questions to establish my needs and made suggestions when needed. The shop was quiet so I was able to wander about in the dresses - I think it would be quite manic if all fitting rooms were in use. Thank you for a great experience x
Staff are fantastic, very attentive and listened to what I wanted. After a bad experience in another bridal store this was an entirely different experience for me.
Stylist Stephanie was fabulous, very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. She made my daughter feel at ease and we did purchase a dress at the end of our appointment. Great service, reasonable prices and lovely staff.
Hannah made me feel so comfortable and explained everything really well. She was very helpful and made good suggestions about accessories, shoes, fitting etc. The only disappointing thing was that a few of the dresses I'd seen online weren't in store but apart from that it was great with a good selection of dresses! X
Very friendly, fast
Just returned home from David's Bridal in Braehead. I went just to have a look and with what I thought were very firm ideas as to what I wanted and what would suit me. I was soo.. wrong! This place is a treasure trove of dresses with really friendly, helpful and experienced staff. Thanks to Claire I came away with a dress that at first I said no to. But that when I eventually tried on fitted like a second skin and had my mother nearly in tears! Thanks very much for giving us a great day. Would recommend highly to anyon... read more
