The customer service was great the day I bought my dress but come to find out(when I picked my dress up) there dresses are cleaned sample dresses. You only get a new dress if they are unable to find your size at another store. I was told that this is how they keep their prices so low. I dont think that $600 for a dress is that low when I was looking at another dress at a boutique that was $700. If there was a significant savings I wouldn't mind so much.
