I came in tonight with my Bride. Our stylist was Kristi and she was great. Very pleasant, patient and not pushy at all. She asked about the Bride's style and price point. The other associates in the store were also pleasant and helpful. We waited for only about 5 minutes but we also we re a tad late for ur appointment. My suggestion is to go on a weeknight vs a weekend and do your homework! Check out the styles online...see if they work within your budget and then save them to your favorites. I really enjoyed my time, but it was hard to feel pretty when they didn't have a corset extender for me to try my dress on, I love the dress but I hope when I go for my fitting they have what I need to make sure it fits me perfectly. Also, I told my assistant that my niece was here a month before, and had nothing but good things to say..... She wanted to keep her dress a secret. Emilie was my stylist and I couldn't have been happier. She is amazing at her job! Super friendly, but has a great eye and really knows what her clients want. I am so grateful that Emilie was assigned to me as my stylist. Absolutely amazing!

At first my sales lady was attentive but as the appointment went on she disappeared, she was not very helpful. She was over booked and we had no help with our bridesmaid dresses. Luckly my bridesmaids were with me to go find dresses. Then when she did come to help I had told her I had a budget. She brought me a dress that I fell in love with only to find out it was way over my budget. I did find a wedding dress and my bridesmaids dress but with no help.
