I received great service at David's Bridal! All of the ladies were super helpful! This was my first time looking for a wedding dress and it was a wonderful experience!
I recently broke my foot very badly and have to use either crutches or a knee scooter through the wedding. Obviously when I purchased my dress months ago this wasn't a factor. Everyone I worked with in the store was just amazing and really went the extra mile to help me get my dress ready for the big day. This includes the woman who helped me with accessories, the store manager and most of all the amazing seamstress who made sure I'd be able to make it down the aisle! I can't recommend the Green Bay store more.
Today was my first time looking and trying on dresses and it was such a great day. I had one of the first appointments of the day, so when I got there it wasn't super busy. I liked how they had printed out a list of my favorites and went from there. I worked with a girl named Brittaney and she was so helpful and asked a lot of questions to find what I was looking for. I love my dress! Through out my multiples visits at David's Bridal I was not once asked who my fiance was, where I was getting married, details about wedding, or even what I like or want in a dress. I had set up an account and clicked on dresses that were my favorite prior to trying on dresses but I still wasn't asked about my preferences. My visits to David's Bridal have been impersonal and that has bothered me the 3 or 4 times I've been there. I'm very pleased with my dress and the alterations department. I had a pretty good experience today. I walked in with my dress to get hemmed and was helped right away at the front desk. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes to get measured but all in all I thought the service was great.
