I have been there a total of 2 times in a week and the consultants that helped me (JENNIFER & Lyrics) were EXTREMLEY nice, very patient. They have a great selection of dresses also!! So you have to be a special person and even when you don’t feel well be super nice and accommodating to women (who can be stressed or tired etc) to work at a Bridal/party dress store like David’s Bridal. Not everyone is cut out for the job. I’m sure management cares a lot about their “customer” service. And they try to find the perfect fit for the job. But it’s hard to find good people. I needed a 4th dress asap. I went to DB and the sales lady Jasmine J. She very professional listened and grab the right item. It was not about the sale it was an experience she didn’t push higher dresses and stayed in my budget. The first dress was the right dress. Please ask for her she’s only on weekend but it’s definitely worth the wait.
