Ali made sure that I had the best experience in finding my wedding dress. Her customer service skills are unrivaled as she put forth so much time and effort to make sure that I was comfortable and confident in my decision. Her caring dedication made my experience at David's Bridal the very best. My experience here was nothing short of wonderful! I was running a little late, as soon as I come off ramp to enter the highway there was an accident and traffic was at a standstill😟. I called to let them know that I would be a little late due to traffic and the replied with "no worries, See you when you get here!" Once I arrived, everyone was great, professional and attentive! Megan F was amazing! She was so patient and took time and did not rush us at all. We had many things to accomplish is one day between wedding gown, and 3 bridesmaids dresses. Megan stayed past her shift to make sure she gave us the best costumer service she could. She definitely is an amazing employee! I would recommend this Davids to any and everyone!! Overall great experience!
