Even though I didn't end up finding my dress at David's Bridal, I had a very positive experience at my bridal appointment. Jen reviewed some of my saved favorites on my profile beforehand and already had some ideas for me when I arrived! She also let me browse the racks for anything else I wanted to try. She also took the time to help me visualize the alterations I had in mind. Thank you Jen!

Would recommend, but ONLY if you get Bonnie. This was going to be an awful review about how my mother and I were completely ignored by several employees sitting around and doing nothing, with only two other parties in the store during a slow time of day. We had to wait an hour and a half for them to "fit us in for an appointment", and by that time the store was packed and we were frustrated and disappointed. That is, until we met Bonnie! I had Jennifer Goodman helping me and she did an outstanding job! I came in with a crowd of people (10) and Jennifer did a great job facilitating and making sure I did not get overwhelmed. She suggested my bridesmaids look for their dresses while only a select few came with me to hunt dresses. That was such a HUGE help! Then, we all met back at the dressing rooms for me to try them on. Jennifer asked questions to help me figure out my style, etc and was very encouraging! I give 5 stars!
