Belsey was so helpful, kind and patient. I walked in the Greenwood location as a first time wedding dress shopper and the calmness about her helped me feel at ease. She was wonderful to my guests and myself and had some great suggestions for accessories. One of the dresses I really liked they didn't have available in the store, she offered to check their online inventory to make sure she could order it for me in my size to make sure they were able to meet my needs once I made my decision. Olivia was very helpful with finding the dresses I'd like to try on and making a few suggestions of others to try based on what I told her I'd prefer. She was also helpful with opinions. Within 45min I'd tried on many dresses in different styles and ordered what I needed for my friend's wedding, making this a very efficient and easy process for me.

When I made the phone call to let them know we were going to be late due to bad weather and very slick roads; the lady on the phone was not pleasant at all. Our consultant was very nice and helpful!
