Nikki made my experience more than I could have hoped for! I only gave her a few thing of things I wanted and didn’t want in my wedding dress. I provided a few pictures of styles I wanted to try and she started customizing my experience right then. She gave me dresses I wanted to try but also suggested ones that she thought I might like. She made me feel so comfortable in the entire session and I felt I could trust her and she was listening to me and the things I wanted! I want to thank the lovey staff at Hagerstown I found my dream dress with only 3 try on’s and my lady was very nice and they made me feel wonderful and they treated my family like family. I can’t wait to go pick up my dress and get my bridal party dresses
