I've purchased a bridesmaid dress and my wedding dress at Davids bridal this year. Each time I've been in the store they have been nothing but nice. All representatives had smiles and were willing to help in any way. I'm short so but dresses needed alterations; the ladies there were wonderful too. I would HIGHLY recommend Davids Bridal to anyone looking for great customer service and a please t experience.
Mika was my consultant, I had been once before and had really liked a dress that was a lot more than I wanted to spend. I told her my predicament and she worked magic! She was AMAZING and found me a dres that was 1/3 of the original dress price! Make an appointment with her, she's great.
Huda in alterations was AHHHHMAZING!!! She was helpful, had the best attitude, and the best customer service! I can't say enough about Huda!!
I absolutely love the staff here!!!! My daughter recently got engaged and had the date set for June 2018, but decided to move the wedding to July 2017 because my husband has cancer and more than likely will not be here next year. Even though we do not have much money, we had to have a dress!! Every time we go into the store in Huntsville AL we are treated very nice and everyone is so helpful!!! The service here is outstanding!!!! Thank you everyone for making this even more memorable for us!!
We could not be happier with the experience we have had at David's Bridal! My daughter had no clue what kind of dress she wanted or even her wedding color for the bridesmaid dresses. Every step of the way everyone has been amazing! We found the perfect wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses & alterations was absolutely phenomenal! Shelly was absolutely the most helpful person I could have asked for! She went above and beyond to help me with ordering my bridesmaid dress. I could not be more pleased with her kindness and wonderful customer service!
