I've never not had a good experience at this David Bridal location. I was so amazed at the customer service and attention to detail. I would recommend this location to any and everyone looking for formal wear.
I brought my daughter in today to just look and they gave us Kanarya as a stylist. She took her time with us, really tried to understand what it was that my daughter was looking for. She saw my daughter just kind of looking at a dress and she asked her if she wanted to try it on and told her to just go ahead and try it. It ended up being the most gorgeous dress I had ever seen and looked perfect on her! I'm not sure why so many negative reviews, maybe my experience was just completely different or they've made changes. My consultant was Davina and she was wonderful! Helped me choose several options, answered any questions, helped console my emotional mother & MIL and also actually talked to me about my fiancé, venue etc to make it a more personal experience. Nina was amazing. I was so nervous about how my experience would be with all the terrible reviews here, and it was such a great experience. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed! But I had all of Nina's attention and she did such a great job making my experience awesome! I found the perfect dress! Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a bridesmaid dress in store after an appointment. Even though i didnt have the attendant's full attention during fitting appointment (she was helping about 3 diff people at same time), i didnt mind. Dress came in a full month earlier than expected. 4 stars.
