My mom and I walked in without an appointment, just to look around to get an idea of the style I like. Our consultant Dana was phenomenal! She was patient with me and very attentive to my needs and questions. I never felt rushed or dismissed because I wasn't purchasing a dress at this time. She was excellent every step of the way. If you are looking for a relaxing, informative dress shopping experience, ask for Dana. I will definitely be contacting her when I am ready to make a purchase.

We had an excellent experience at David's Bridal. Kim made us feel so welcome and attended to our every need. I had two girls coming in to find a dress for a masquerade party. My girls really like certain dresses. One didn't fit so Kim ordered it for us in my daughter's size. And my other daughter liked a specific dress but wanted her shoulders covered more. The service was phenomenal! Dana was on top of everything and was amazing! The selection for dresses was great along with the selection for bridesmaids dresses. With the help of Dana and my bridal party I rang my bell and said yes to my dress! My bridesmaids also all agreed on the perfect dresses to help celebrate my big day. Overall the experience was the best I could imagine! Huge thanks to Dana!

Let's start with the positive. Sarah took so much time to listen to what I wanted she was attentive, supportive, and willing to pull whatever dress I wanted. The entire alterations department was amazing. Sylvana fixed so many issues and basically stopped me from having a panic attack. The negative was big, though. When I tried on dresses, the size 16 fit. They ordered me a size 14. Even though I lost 35 lbs, the back panel wouldn't even close.
