Definitely don’t recommend this location. Got my dress from here and everything. Went back to buy jewelry to complete my wedding outfit and stood there for about 10 minutes while 2 employees talked about someone’s lunch instead of checking my purchase out so I could leave. Rude.

I don’t recommend Davis’s Bridal at all. Horrible customer service throughout our whole buoying process. Started with trying to find the perfect dress for for my sisters wedding day which came to be a horrible experience needless to say she didn’t buy her dress from them. However we did for the The bridesmaids dresses which was also a nightmare. They came in late after being ordered 7 weeks in advance and being told they would be in before the date given not to worry. TL;DR: IF you choose David's Bridal, make sure you go for a fitting AT LEAST 6-8 months before the event in order to ensure availability of color/size, and be extremely weary of the return policy. Long story short, in order to ensure I had a dress to wear in my best friend's November wedding, I was forced to purchase a dress in store I did not like because it was all that was available according to the associate. No prom due to covid-19. Bought a $200 dress at the end of January and then prom was canceled. They won't take the dress back unless you bought it after March 3rd. Not fair at all. Dress has never been worn and have the reciept. I called before they closed for Covid and they said I could bring it back after they reopened back up. Today I was told sorry can't take it back unless it was purchased after March 3rd.

Unfortunately my experience was not at all as I expected a dress experience should be. No one was knowledgeable about the proper undergarments I should be wearing. When asked to view them I was left to wonder the store on my own. I felt as through most of my time in the store I was left to my own clutches minus someone to help me in and out of a dress that’s the only employee interaction I received. Unless you’re a bride shopping for a dress there, they treat you like a second class citizen. Even then, I heard one of the women making backhanded sky comments at one of the brides trying on dresses when I was there with my daughter looking for her flower girl dress. So maybe they treat everyone like that. 🤷🏻‍♀️
