My experience was phenomenal! Emily S. was the best ever! She is amazing at her job and I was so happy with her. She made this important day great. She was so happy to help accommodate my every request. I cannot say enough great things about her!!! I found my perfect dress thanks to her!!
Just a shout out to the David's Bridal rude employees that didn't want to really help us and were snarling their noses at us. Whatever happened to pleasing the customer and showing some care about the customers feelings? I know I'm over weight �! I don't need your looks to tell me that! I would advise you to not even CONSIDER David's bridal in Johnson City. The assistant manager at this store is VERY RUDE. She does not care about your special day. The poor girl taking care of me had four other parties to tend to, however she was very helpful and caring. After picking a dress, and being ASSURED a price for it, we were set to take that dress home today. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in retail! I've been through so much unnecessary PROBLEMS with this store. From being quoted WRONG alteration charges to being treated so rude in the store. The manager even gave me a refund for all the trouble and every lie I've been told because the consultants can't keep the story straight and when I went to get my refund with my bridesmaid the manager couldn't even act like a professional adult and accept the fact that I told her that the $200 does not equal out or fix my ... read more
